God- We believe God is the creator of all. We believe he is omniscient ( all knowing) as well as omnipotent (all powerful). While others might see Him as someone looking to judge and point out everything wrong, we know He is a real father, that also wants to be a friend and the one to bring comfort to us in hard times. We believe in the trinity. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, three different aspects of God's personality forming the Godhead.
Jesus Christ- We believe He is the one and only Son of God. Though he came to earth over 2,000 years ago and died for the sins of mankind, we believe three days later He rose again. We believe in the power of the resurrection. That the same Spirit that rose Christ from the dead, is the same Spirit that comes upon His people to accomplish God's will on the earth.
The Holy Spirit- We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of Speaking in tongues. However, we also believe the Holy Spirit is a person. The third figure in the Godhead that came to earth after the resurrection to be our teacher, our counselor, our confidant, and our comforter. We believe He speaks today but he never about Himself. He speaks to reveal the person of Jesus or the will of the father. We also believe he lives in man once they truly accept Jesus as Lord and Savior.
Water Baptism- We believe water baptism is necessary for every believer. We believe it is an outward expression of an inward conviction towards the Lord. We believe it’s a prophetic act that the believer identifies with the death burial and resurrection of Christ.
